Traversi & Associates, as Institutional Advisor, in favour of leading and specialized international Funds: researches, selects, originates, co-structures and co-arrange deals, both in primary and secondary market, refererring to the purchase of NPEs both portfolios and/or single positions, Tax Credits, Healthcare Receivables, stressed/distressed Assets/Corporates/Securities, including distressed loans/bonds, illiquid assets, NPEs (BLs and/or UTPs), distressed structured products-equity and whatever distressed or illiquid securities. The NPEs market offers consistent opportunities to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns, with the appropriate level of risk, while focusing on capital preservation. Typically this specific deals are structured for an amount starting from Eur 30m+ (as GBV).

Traversi & Associates, as Institutional Advisor, in favour of leading and specialized international Funds: researches, selects, originates, co-structures and co-arrange Deals involving complex, tailor-made financial interventions for companies in crisis or facing temporary financial and operational difficulties. The objective is to provide liquidity, restructure debt, and support business continuity through non-standard strategies, such as complex financing, credit management transactions, and/or assistance in managing insolvency proceedings. We therefore scout and select companies in crisis to help them overcome difficulties, ensure operational continuity, and create value over time. Typically this specific deals are structured for an amount starting from Eur 10m+.

Real Estate Advisory
Traversi & Associates, as Institutional Advisor, in favour of leading and specialized international RE Funds: researches, selects, originates, co-structures and co-arranges acquisitions of both portfolios and individual RE Assets, both performing (Core-Core+ and Value Add) and/or in distress.

We act through an opportunistic strategy, a high risk/reward approach that seeks to generate superior returns by capitalizing on market inefficiencies, distressed assets, or unique, special situations.
